The management of Devonte & AJ is very amazing. They came out and greeted our group and were very nice. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and handled our large group very well. Tasha was our server & she was great. We had wings & pizza & the food was great

We shared an AMAZING experience of fun, games, smiles, and fellowship with our SCCS Scholars Celebration of Behavior Excellence! AJ and the D&B Team of Servers are the epitome of the Platinum Standard for customer service. Kind, attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. Food was great, fresh, hot, and more than enough for everyone! Mission accomplished D&B... Thank you for a FANTABULOUS day!!! ;-)

I recently visited Dave & Buster's and honestly left disappointed. The service was painfully slow from start to finish, even though the place appeared fully staffed. Employees were standing around while customers, including us, were being ignored for long stretches of time. It took forever just to place an order and even longer to get our food. To make matters worse, our server had an attitude the entire time. Instead of being helpful or attentive, they seemed annoyed whenever we asked for anything, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. When the food finally came out, it was subpar at best. Some items were cold, others tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp, and nothing really felt worth the wait or the price. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating. With better customer service, a more professional attitude from staff, and improved food quality, this place could be much better, but unfortunately this visit completely missed the mark. In addition the bathroom cleanness was horrendous !!

Awesome bar/restaurant! Great selection of food and drinks! I got the salmon and it was delicious! However, the service was no that great. Didn't seem that busy and took waitress 10 minutes to greet and get our drink orders. All in all I will go back... hopefully better service next time!!

Positive note Food was prepared the way requested. Seated quickly. Ling time to receive drinks and had to request server to get another drink. For not being very busy alot of open tables felt service was sub par. When waitress did come around she was attentive but not paying attention to customer drinks when you have been by table multiple times is needing for either better training or better focus on job.
